Position Ignition have now been operating in the B2C market successfully for 2 years offering a service that has made significant difference to individuals lives and in a few cases to organisations, reigniting individuals enthusiasm and helping them get focus and clarity about themselves and their careers.
Over the past few months Selling Success has been working with Position Ignition’s management team to develop their proposition for the corporate market. Their unique approach promotes a Positive working environment for both employee and employer. Position Ignition has already enabled one employer to reignite the passion and drive of several of their senior executive team for their work. This is in contrast to many employers who in current times seek restructures and redundancies as a way of removing employees who they consider no longer adding value. This action in itself creates a poisoned working environment which many successful employees chose to escape from and if handled badly can lead to litigation and significant costs.
